1. Who we are
UGCFrame is a creator-portfolio platform based in Malaysia. Contact us at legal@ugcframe.com.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 17, an account may only be created with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of UGCFrame is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it. Content posted on your creator subdomain must comply with our UGC and Copyright Policy.
4. Subscription, billing, and auto-renewal
UGCFrame is offered as a monthly subscription. Paid plans (Pro at $14.99/month, Premium at $29.99/month, USD) renew automatically every month until cancelled. You authorise UGCFrame and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on each renewal date.
Your renewal date is shown in Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation is self-serve and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your plan remains active until then.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a clear duplicate or erroneous charge.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload — photos, videos, copy, rate cards, brand inquiries. You grant UGCFrame a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the service (e.g. serving your public creator subdomain). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to short technical retention for backups.
7. Our content
Templates, layouts, UI, and the UGCFrame brand are owned by UGCFrame and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or rebrand the platform itself.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. We will give reasonable notice unless immediate action is needed to protect users, third parties, or the platform. You may close your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.
9. Disclaimers
UGCFrame is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet a specific business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGCFrame's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
