1. Monthly subscriptions
Pro ($14.99/month) and Premium ($29.99/month) are billed monthly in USD. Each renewal covers the next month of access.
2. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription. Your plan remains active and renews-off; at the end of the current period the account drops to Free. You keep your portfolio, your data, and your handle. No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of the period.
3. When we do issue a refund
- Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same period, we refund the duplicate.
- Failed delivery: if our platform was unavailable for an extended period that prevented you from using a paid feature you relied on, we may credit or refund at our discretion.
- Required by law: where your local consumer-protection law mandates a refund (for example, EU 14-day right of withdrawal for the first subscription period if you have not started using the paid features).
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@ugcframe.com with your account email and the Stripe charge ID (visible on your receipt). We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues faster. Accounts with confirmed fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
