1. Prohibited content
You must not upload, publish, or transmit content that:
- Is illegal under Malaysian law or applicable foreign law
- Infringes intellectual-property rights you do not own or have a licence for (see our UGC and Copyright Policy)
- Sexualises or endangers minors in any way — including suggestive content involving anyone who appears to be under 18
- Promotes terrorism, organised violence, human trafficking, or incitement of imminent harm
- Targets a person or group with hateful content based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristic
- Doxxes — publishes private personal information about another person without consent
- Is gratuitously violent, gory, or designed to shock or disturb
- Misrepresents endorsements, certifications, or brand relationships you do not actually have
- Markets regulated goods or services without the required authorisations (firearms, prescription drugs, gambling, etc.)
2. Prohibited behaviour
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, our infrastructure, or any related system
- Probe, scan, or otherwise test the vulnerability of the service without our written permission
- Send spam through the inquiry form, scrape creator data at scale, or build automated tooling that bypasses our rate limits
- Use UGCFrame to send malware, phishing pages, or otherwise harmful payloads
- Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the platform itself
- Impersonate another person, brand, or organisation
3. Reporting
Report violations to trust@ugcframe.com. Include the creator subdomain involved, the specific content, and a brief description.
4. Enforcement
Depending on severity and prior history, we may:
- Privately warn the account holder
- Remove the offending content
- Temporarily restrict publishing
- Suspend the account
- Terminate the account and prohibit re-registration
- Report the matter to law enforcement when required by law or when we believe there is imminent harm
Final decisions rest with UGCFrame. We will explain enforcement actions on request unless legally prohibited.
5. Appeals
Appeal a suspension by emailing trust@ugcframe.com within 14 days. We will respond with our decision within 21 days.
